Use this page to request deletion of your BilliardHutch Live account and associated personal information.
Request deletion
Send the request from the same email address used for your BilliardHutch Live account whenever possible. Include the words DELETE MY BILLIARDHUTCH ACCOUNT and, if known, your BHL player ID.

The request covers the BilliardHutch Live account and personal profile information associated with that account, including public player-profile information that is no longer required for an active account.
Competition records
Some completed tournament, league, match, audit, fraud-prevention, legal or financial records may need to be retained to preserve official event integrity or satisfy legal obligations. When practical, retained records should be de-identified or separated from the deleted account's public personal profile.
Before deleting
Account deletion may remove access to player/team management, My Match, tournament administration and other BilliardHutch account features. Deletion cannot necessarily restore a previously deleted account or player identity.
In-app deletion
BilliardHutch Live is adding an in-app account-deletion control so signed-in users can start the same deletion process directly from the Android app. Until that control is part of the production release, this web request is the official deletion channel.
