BilliardHutch is building two ways for pool-industry businesses to work with us: promotional Vendor Network placement and product-supply partnerships for manufacturers, cue makers, distributors and wholesalers that can provide dealer pricing or dropship fulfillment.
Cue makers, manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers can submit their dealer program, pricing structure, fulfillment capabilities, inventory feed, shipping regions and warranty process for review.

Approved business profile with name, description, category and direct link to the vendor’s own storefront or website.
Higher-visibility placement inside the Shop, relevant BilliardHutch branches, events or creator content when appropriate.
As native checkout comes online, approved supply partners can be considered for direct product listings inside the BilliardHutch Shop.
Dealer and dropship supply partnerships are separate from paid promotional placement. A manufacturer or wholesaler can apply to supply products to the BilliardHutch Shop without buying a promotional vendor listing.
For dropship partners, BilliardHutch is looking for clear dealer pricing, reliable inventory information, trackable fulfillment, accurate product data, and professional return and warranty support. Product onboarding and native customer checkout are still being built, so acceptance does not guarantee immediate product activation.
Vendor promotional placement remains reviewed and paid. Acceptance is discretionary so the BilliardHutch ecosystem stays relevant to pool and protects players from low-quality or unrelated listings.
