The players create the show. They can share in the value.
BilliardHutch monetized match broadcasts are designed around informed player consent and an agreed money plan before the stream starts. A streamer, promoter or venue should never monetize a featured player performance under BilliardHutch and leave the players guessing whether they participate in the revenue.
No monetized featured match without a Match Earnings Agreement.
Before GO LIVE, identify who is being paid, what money is being shared, how it is calculated, and what media rights each player grants.
For a BilliardHutch-approved monetized featured match, every earning participant must be disclosed and every adult player must accept the agreement before the broadcast starts. If a player is under 18, the parent or legal guardian accepts the commercial terms. A participant may agree to a zero-percent share, a fixed appearance fee, a revenue share, direct support only, or a combination — but that choice must be informed and recorded.
Seven checks before GO LIVE.
Different money can follow different rules.
Consent to the camera is not a blank check.
Permission to show the match live.
Permission to keep the full replay available after the match.
Permission to create and distribute excerpts and highlights.
Permission to use approved match images/clips to promote BilliardHutch, the event or future broadcasts.
Permission for future paid or sponsored exploitation of the recorded match, if separately granted.
The agreement can state whether rights expire, remain perpetual, or can be withdrawn for future use under specified conditions.
If a material earnings or consent dispute is raised, undistributed disputed amounts should be held from payout where technically possible until the dispute is resolved. Undisputed amounts should not be withheld merely to create leverage. Fraud, chargebacks, refunds and legal obligations can still require adjustments.
Use the rule now; automate it next.
Native BilliardHutch split payments are not active yet. During the founding beta, the agreement builder below creates a written record that the organizer can copy or email to the participants. Each adult participant — or guardian for a minor — should affirm the final terms in writing before a BilliardHutch-approved monetized featured broadcast. When native payments launch, the same agreement structure is intended to become the in-app pre-GO-LIVE gate and earnings ledger.
