BilliardHutch Live Safety Rules

Pool first. Safety always.

BilliardHutch Live is a billiards-only service. Going live is permission to broadcast a pool or billiards match — not permission to use the platform for anything else.

Zero-tolerance content

The following is not permitted on BilliardHutch Live: pornography or sexually explicit acts; sexual exploitation or sexualized content involving minors; non-consensual sexual content; graphic violence or gore presented for shock value; live criminal or dangerous illegal activity; threats of serious harm; and content that exploits, endangers or targets children.

Also prohibited

Slot machines, casino games, sportsbooks, betting or wagering streams; hate-based abuse or targeted harassment; doxxing or filming people in places where they reasonably expect privacy; scams or deceptive commercial activity; rebroadcasting copyrighted programming without permission; and unrelated general-purpose livestreaming.

Billiards-only use

Official direct streams must identify two players and a recognized pool or billiards game. The service may reject stream metadata that clearly describes prohibited or unrelated activity. Streamers are responsible for keeping the camera on the billiards event they represented to BilliardHutch.

Enforcement

Report → review → remove → restrict. Viewers can report a stream from the Live Now page. BilliardHutch may end a violating broadcast, remove replay access, suspend or terminate streaming privileges, preserve necessary safety records, and refer serious threats, exploitation or illegal activity to the appropriate service or authorities when required.

Severe violations — especially sexual exploitation of minors, credible threats of serious harm, or intentionally streaming explicit sexual activity — do not require a warning before removal or account restriction.

Automated protection is only one layer

Metadata checks can stop obvious misuse before a stream starts, but they cannot guarantee what a camera is actually showing. BilliardHutch therefore combines technical restrictions, viewer reporting and human enforcement. Automated scene checks may be added later if abuse makes them necessary.

These rules govern BilliardHutch Live. Additional account, privacy, copyright and payment rules may apply as those products launch.
