Broadcaster Agreement.
These terms apply when a person uses BilliardHutch Live to start or operate a livestream. By starting a stream, the broadcaster agrees to follow these rules and confirms the statements below are true for that broadcast.
1. Billiards-only purpose
BilliardHutch Live is provided for legitimate pool and billiards matches, tournaments, instruction and closely related billiards event coverage. It is not a general-purpose livestreaming service. The broadcaster will not use the service for slot machines, casino games, sportsbooks, betting, wagering or unrelated live content.
2. Permission to broadcast
The broadcaster confirms they have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to film and transmit the match. This includes permission from the players where required and any venue, event organizer or rights holder whose authorization is required for the broadcast.
3. Players and minors
The broadcaster will not knowingly misrepresent who is playing. A minor's participation must follow BilliardHutch youth-safety rules. Commercial terms, monetization, sponsorships and other agreements involving a minor must be handled by a parent or legal guardian where required. The broadcaster must not expose unnecessary private information about a child, including home address, school, private contact information or exact personal location.
4. Zero-tolerance content
The broadcaster will not stream pornography, sexually explicit acts, sexual exploitation, sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, graphic violence or gore for shock value, credible threats of serious harm, dangerous criminal activity, or content that exploits or endangers children.
5. Privacy and consent
The broadcaster will not intentionally film people in places where they reasonably expect privacy, publish doxxing material, expose private financial or identity information, or use the stream to stalk, intimidate or harass another person. Incidental background appearance in a public billiards venue should still be handled responsibly.
6. Copyright and music
The broadcaster is responsible for having the rights needed for video, music, commentary, graphics and other material included in the stream. BilliardHutch may mute, limit, remove or disable content when copyright risk is detected or a credible rights complaint is received. Music Guard is a risk-reduction feature and is not a guarantee against copyright claims.
7. Match earnings and commercial use
A commercially monetized featured match may require a Match Earnings Agreement before GO LIVE. The broadcaster must not falsely claim sponsorships, revenue shares, endorsements or payment arrangements. Native BilliardHutch payouts are not active until separately announced and governed by published payment terms.
8. Limited permission to operate the stream
To provide the service, the broadcaster gives BilliardHutch the limited permission needed to ingest, transmit, display, process and technically store the submitted live content and related metadata for operating BilliardHutch Live. This does not automatically grant BilliardHutch unlimited commercial rights to a player's performance, replay or likeness outside the permissions and agreements that apply to the match.
9. Enforcement and emergency action
BilliardHutch may refuse to start, interrupt, end, remove or restrict a stream or account when it reasonably appears to violate these rules, threaten safety, infringe rights, misuse the service or expose BilliardHutch or others to serious risk. Severe safety violations do not require a prior warning.
10. Reports, evidence and preservation
BilliardHutch may review reports and preserve limited technical records reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce these terms, respond to rights complaints or comply with lawful obligations. Reports may identify the stream, playback ID, account relationship and relevant timestamps.
11. No guarantee of uninterrupted service or earnings
Livestreaming depends on internet connectivity, mobile hardware and third-party infrastructure. BilliardHutch does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular audience size, income, sponsorships or earnings. Test-mode streams may be time-limited.
12. Account responsibility
The signed-in account is responsible for streams started through that account. Stream keys and credentials must not be shared. BilliardHutch may limit one active direct stream per account and may disable reusable stream access after a broadcast ends.
13. Updates
BilliardHutch may update these terms as the service develops. A new material version should be presented before future broadcasts when practical. Continuing to start new streams after an updated version is presented means agreeing to that updated version.
For safety, copyright or misuse reports, contact billiardhutch@gmail.com and include the stream link or playback ID when available. These founding-beta terms are an operational baseline and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a broad commercial launch, especially for jurisdiction-specific privacy, child-safety, copyright, consumer and platform obligations.
